SB Global’s Karl Brown was a featured speaker at a December Ex-Im Bank-sponsored workshop on export finance. The workshop was co-sponsored by the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia and received considerable local and regional press coverage. SB Global partners with Pepperidge Farms for Export Services

Pepperidge Farms has selected SB Global to represent its cookie and snack products throughout Europe. As part of the agreement, SB Global will conduct all primary sales, marketing and brand building efforts on behalf of Pepperidge Farms. A key factor in reaching the agreement, was SB Global’s local presence in Europe through its German sales and marketing office. Initial sales efforts have already resulted in new market launches of the Pepperidge Farms products in both Sweden and Germany. Additional markets expected in 2009 include Benelux, Italy, UK and Finland.

Doumak, Inc., the manufacturer of Rocky Mountain-brand and Campfire-brand marshmallows which we proudly represent, was featured in a recent Television feature on a the Chicago NBC affiliate.

SB Global Foods, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has merged with Global Trade Enterprises (G.T.E.) of Reading, PA. Under the terms of the agreement, GTE will integrate its existing export business, including its sales/marketing activities on behalf of the R.M. Palmer Company and its other export-related activities into SB Global's existing sales and marketing portfolio.

The combined company will continue under the name of SB Global Foods, Inc. and will encompass the sales and marketing activities of an even wider variety of products and brands including the RM Palmer product line, Doumak marshmallow brands (including Rocky Mountain and Campfire brands) as well as the products/brands of a number of other major confection, snack and grocery manufacturers in select markets. SB Global also sells and markets its own brands including Pretzel Pete snacks, Picky Polly grocery products and various popcorn products.

The newly formed SB Global Foods, Inc. will now serve customers in well over 55 countries. In conjunction with its recently opened European-based sales and marketing office, this merger allows SB Global to offer an even more formidable expanse of strong brands and export sales/marketing expertise. Mr. Gary Gabriel, formerly President of G.T.E., will take an equity stake and join SB Global as Vice President working out of SB Global's Lansdale, PA office location.
